After two weeks and a ten page gallery featuring all of the hopeful competitors, Scruffs 2010 was brought to a successful conclusion yesterday, when after hours of deliberation, locked in a room with a ceiling fan and a table full of scrunched up paper, Berry's Animal Feeds of Sumner Street in Blackburn selected a winner.
The lucky pooch was Millie, and her master is Harry from Rishton, who has won himself a years' worth of dog food for his canine best friend and Millie will be appearing on our website very soon.
