The brother of a man murdered by former royal aide Jane Andrews, is calling for Blackburn MP Jack Straw to resign.
Rick Cressman has accused the Justice Secretary's department of "complete and utter incompetence" after she went on the run.
Andrews failed to return to an open prison in Kent, on Sunday.
Mr Cressman believes she should have been in a higher security prison for murdering his brother Tom in 2000.
